Raffy Flies to the Rescue…and Wins the Heart of a Fur Maiden
Dear Diary,
When I woke up this morning,I was filled with a nameless dread that had nothing to do with the 17 mousies au catnip that I had last night.Something ominous was looming,something cat-astrophic,but I couldn’t put my paw on it.
Then I got an e-mail from Ruby Tuesday,but it feels like Friday the 13th.A feline Mata Furry!
I never should have rescued her from the clutches of that arch fiend, Siamese LeGree! He holds the mortgage on her cattery,and was demanding a purrince’s furtune in mousies!When he threatened to fur-close and send all her kittens on a one way trip over the cataracts,I had no choice.I whiskered away the furballettes to safety,but when I returned,the rotterwiler had snatched the fur Ruby and taken her fur a train ride on the Canadian Purrcific,the hard way.
Apurrently,snatching her from certain death left the wrong impurression,and now she’s infatuated with me,and will stop at nothing to lead me to the alter.But I’ve already had that opurration!
O woe is me-ow!What to do,what to do???

Fur cryin’ out loud Raffy, just explain the situation to the lady. I’m sure she will be understanding and not give you paws to regret rescuing her……

Raffy doesn’t have a clue how these lady cats can be!!!! Tramps all of them. ;o(( My poor step-brother and his half-brother shared the same Mama………….but shame to say……….her morals were not at all purrfect. Unfortunately she catted around. Raffy best stay clear of Ruby in case she is not to be trusted.

I’m trying,trust me!Got my runners on and am gonna make tracks!And I don’t mean choo-choo!(I know what you mean!When Molly went into heat fur the furst time,she decided that Chumley was the love of her life,and as he’d also chosen “not to have kittens”,he was clueless,too!Talk about a haunted look!He didn’t stand a ghost of a chance!Everyone breathed a huge sigh of relief when she finally visited the vet for an all-day fun fest.)

Archie has Chunleys best interests at paw. Hopefully between Raffy and Chumley, they will be able to keep each others backs. How terrible to be chased by such a brazen hussy as Ruby. The vet here also thinks it best to have cats romantic interests confurred.
